Deux tiers des cadres interrog\u00e9s ont r\u00e9pondu que la RSE faisait partie de leur programme strat\u00e9gique et qu'il \u00e9tait plus probable qu'elle le reste au cours des ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes. Une autre question soulev\u00e9e est la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de la RSE pour accro\u00eetre la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 des entreprises dans un environnement dynamique. Cependant, bien que 70% des personnes interrog\u00e9es r\u00e9alisent l'importance susmentionn\u00e9e des strat\u00e9gies de RSE dans l'agenda de l'entreprise, seulement 24% ont adopt\u00e9 de telles strat\u00e9gies \u00e0 long terme et 31% ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser l'analyse de rentabilit\u00e9 de la durabilit\u00e9 mais ne l'ont pas encore int\u00e9gr\u00e9e dans la culture de l'organisation. <\/p>\n<p>Un autre r\u00e9sultat int\u00e9ressant de l'\u00e9tude est la nature des motivations des entreprises pour adopter des strat\u00e9gies commerciales durables : La pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence du consommateur pour le produit ou le service offert semble \u00eatre le facteur le plus appr\u00e9ci\u00e9, suivi de la pression politique, de la raret\u00e9 des ressources et de la volatilit\u00e9 des prix, des programmes de durabilit\u00e9 des concurrents et des exigences plus strictes des clients tout au long de la cha\u00eene de valeur.<\/p>\n<p>Alors que les entreprises doivent prendre la d\u00e9cision de mettre en place des strat\u00e9gies de RSE, il est \u00e9galement important qu'elles comprennent la valeur ajout\u00e9e que de telles strat\u00e9gies peuvent offrir. En plus de cette valeur accrue, les entreprises peuvent obtenir un avantage concurrentiel important, d\u00e9velopper un environnement de travail id\u00e9al et atteindre des niveaux \u00e9lev\u00e9s de gestion des risques et de la r\u00e9putation.  Les organisations sont donc confront\u00e9es \u00e0 un d\u00e9fi de taille, aujourd'hui plus que jamais : Int\u00e9grer la durabilit\u00e9 dans leur strat\u00e9gie d'entreprise et constituer un solide dossier commercial durable.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>According to the MIT Sloan Management Review Report corporate sustainability programs grew in 2011.
