Lena Mamidakis studied Business Administration (B.Sc. in Business Administration) at Boston University in the U.S. and has done postgraduate studies in International and European Relations (M.A. in European Studies) at the University of Reading in the UK.

She worked at Mamidoil Jetoil A.E. from 1995 until 2017 as Director of Marketing and Public Relations, and since 2007 was also the Director of Corporate Social Responsibility for the same company.

Since 2018 Lena is the Head of Strategic Development at CSE and at the same time is one of the CSE’s Lead Trainers having training numerous executives globally on Sustainability/ESG. She has attended various seminars on CSR, GRI, Risk Assessment, SROI and since 2009 she has been a Certified Sustainability (ESG) Practitioner.

Lena is a member of the B.o.D. of U.N. Global Compact Network Greece since July 2024, was a member of the B.o.D. of the Corporate Responsibility Institute from 2013 until 2024, while in the past was a member of the General Council of SEV/Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (2010-2016).
