1. How to start a course

You navigate into the page of the course that interests you and you click on Register Now. This will take you to the TALENT Learning platform, where you can see an overview of the course and you can click on the green button Get this course.

2. A link in the online course does not work. What can I do?

We constantly check our online courses for broken links. But in case you come across one, please send us an email to , we will fix it and let you know about it.

3. My course expired before I completed it.

You have 45 days to complete the course from the moment you start it. If for any reason you require an extension, please send us a request to in order to provide you with a 10-12 days extension. If you do not manage to finish the course after the second extension, you can retake it with a 30% discount.

4. How do I register on the learning platform?

When you enter the page of the course that interests you, you can sign up on the top right corner or login if you are already registered. This will allow you to view all available courses of the Sustainability Academy.

5. Where can I see and edit my account details?

When you log in, you can see and edit your account details in the Learner drop-down menu (My Info). From this page you can also view all the courses you have attended and the progress, start a discussion with fellow users and access the calendar with current and upcoming events (eg. Webinars).

6. I have forgotten my password. What can I do?

When you log in, you click on the question mark next to the Username or Password in case you have forgotten either one, in order to reset it.

Learning with the Sustainability Academy

1. How does the assessment take place?

Each course has a final quiz and assessment. The participant needs to pass both pieces of assignment in order to be awarded a certificate. The final quiz is made-up from multiple choice questions and the result is calculated immediately. The final assignment consists of open questions. The responses are evaluated by our professional training team who determines whether the responses meet the assignment criteria. The final assignment gets a fail or pass score. In case you fail the final assignment, then an explanation will be provided as to the reasons why you failed.

2. What happens if I fail the final quiz and assessment?

You can take the final quiz twice. If you fail for the second time, you can send us an email to in order to provide you more information.

3. How will I get my certificate?

Upon successful completion of the final quiz and assignment your personal certificate will be assigned to your user profile at “My Files” section within 5 business days, for you to view or download it. If you are still unable to locate your certificate please send us an email to


4. Can I have a printed version of the course?

The course is only available through the online training platform and is not offered in any other format neither is available to download.

1. What does Publishing on the Academy mean?

All the Academy’s Members are eligible to post their articles on the Academy’s Blog on sustainability-related issues. Your views and opinions will be heard and seen by a global audience of management and sustainability professionals. All articles are approved before publication by the editorial team.

Through the Academy, CSE offers the Online Diploma on Corporate Sustainability and other courses, which are approved and recognized by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and CPD. The Certificate for the Online Diploma on Corporate Sustainability course is issued by these institutes.

6. Which courses have Certificates? Can I be certified for the webinars and free modules?

Sustainability Academy offers a certificate only to those who attend and complete successfully the certified online courses (pass the final test).
